The Board of Directors of the FSP has requested your input. Jason Sorens, FSP Chairman and Founder, brings this message to you:

With Free Staters continuing to move to New Hampshire ahead of the 20,000-signer threshold, and with our original September 2006 goal for 20,000 signatures on the horizon, we need to consider whether to change our Mission Statement, Statement of Intent, or Participation Guidelines

Is there a way we can restructure the Project to increase our chances of success in creating a free state, and in achieving liberty in our lifetime? The FSP Board of Directors wants to hear what you have to say.

You can post your ideas on our forum, send them to us by email, participate in the discussion at the upcoming Porcupine Freedom Festival (PorcFest) or attend one of many to-be-scheduled local group meetings in August to make your views heard.

We'll carefully consider all input we receive by September 1st, and we plan to make a decision on any changes by October 1st. Thanks for your help in working toward a freer society!

The June edition of The Quill covers the Porcfest of course, and features Tim Condon’s popular serial, Supercharged Solitons, and an essay by J. Alexander called Libertarian Women, that has sparked a dialog about where libertarian women are and what they are doing for freedom. For some of that dialog see Forum thread

In the wake of the Supreme Court's recent decision that governments may take our private property for economic developement and to raise tax revenue, Logan Darrow Clemons, CEO of Freestar Media, LLC and FSP supporter, causes a big splash with his plan to turn the tables. The Lost Liberty Hotel Project intends to use eminent domain to seize the New Hampshire property of Supreme Court Justice David Souter. In an interview on Court TV on July 12th, Logan said, "One reason is that there is a project under way called the Free State Project, that's where people who believe in limited government and maximum freedom, are all moving to New Hampshire, so that at least one of the 50 states can be
as free as possible."

Free Talk Live listenership is growing fast! Listen to the promo of the show. There is a steady flow of new FSP Participants from FTL. Tune in: live webstream 8-10pm ET Mon-Sat.
