Move triggers have been added to the registration page, per the requirements approved by the board. Note the following:

1. The triggers are presented on the same page as the rest of the registration information.
2. The trigger-related fields are grouped together, with the existing SOI acceptance flag, into a separate profile group.
3. This profile group is accessible in a separate tab on the user account page, and is read-only to non-admin users.
4. The values of the trigger fields are reported via the monthly membership report.
